Weather, landslide, flood, road, and news information is aggregated from third-party sources and field reports. Every item carries a verification label, from reported through field verified. We publish our sources so you can judge them yourself. This is situational reporting for transparency and must not be relied on for emergency, travel, medical, engineering, or investment decisions. Always follow official government and emergency guidance.

When we get something wrong we correct it in place, keep the original visible in the revision record, and label the correction. Tell us about an error and we will look at it.

Gifts of Bitcoin, stablecoins, or other digital assets are irreversible once broadcast. Only ever use a receiving address published on this site after it has been approved through the treasury process, and always verify the asset and network before sending — funds sent on the wrong network are permanently lost and cannot be recovered by anyone. Digital assets are volatile; a gift is credited at its value when received.

Photographs, written reports, and the ledger design on this site belong to Compass Rose International and Delphi Resilience and may not be reused commercially without permission. Images of children may not be copied, reposted, or reused in any context under any circumstances. Do not attempt to disrupt the site, access accounts or non-public data, scrape it at volume, or use it to impersonate the fund or solicit gifts.

The site is provided as-is. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the partners are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site or reliance on published information. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
